BREATH

At every moment
I connect to
Divine Consciousness
Through my Breath.

This little piece
Of Truth is something
That I might tell 
My younger Self.

Across the Quotidien
Breathing
Inspires
Heavenly Confluence.

I will not count 
The unheeded breaths.
My continued Existence
Is their Redemption.

Each inhalation now
Understood as Essential
To Animation, Relationship
And Spirit.
